You may check into Convention at any of the times on the Schedule available throughout the week beginning Monday evening, July 29, 2024.  A current photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) is required for Registration/check-in.

Individuals are not allowed to register/check in for other Conventioneers.

Once you register, you will receive your Name Badge, Souvenir Bag with Convention materials and an updated Schedule.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION STEPS / ON-SITE REGISTRATION ACTIVITIES

WHAT REGISTRATION INCLUDES  Your 2024 National Barbie® Doll Collectors Convention Registration includes entrance to the welcome reception, one luncheon, two dinners, and all associated activities; access to the Prize Room, Competition Room, Programs, Live & Silent Auctions, Fashion Show, Souvenir Shop and Lounge; admittance to the Sales Room; table gifts from Convention; the souvenir doll; option to participate in the Fashion Show, Competition, Workshops; and the opportunity to be a Table Host and/or Volunteer. 

 

REGISTRATION BOOK  The Registration Book contains all of the valuable information you will need prior to and during Convention. Refer to it often and plan to bring your emailed Registration file or printed copy with you to the Convention. You will have it handy as a reference and you can use the tentative Schedule prior to your on-site Registration. 

 

SOUVENIR BAG  Once you register on-site, you will receive your Name Badge, Souvenir Bag with Convention materials and an updated Schedule.

 

NAME BADGES   Conventioneers must wear Name Badges at all times to gain admittance to any and all functions. A fee of $20 will be charged to replace each lost or misplaced Name Badge. 

 

ACCESS TO CONVENTION EVENTS  Only individuals registered for the Convention are permitted at the Convention functions. An exception to this rule is made for a Convention dealer’s non-registered helper who only has access to the Sales Room. 

 

CANCELLATIONS  ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AND ACKNOWLEDGED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO  2024regchair@gmail.com NO LATER THAN MARCH 1, 2024. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. Any cancellation email request received after MARCH 1, 2024 will be refunded 50% only if this Registration is sold. Registrations are non-transferable. Unless otherwise determined by the Convention Committee, cancelled Registrations are not entitled to any further refund with respect to prepaid Convention events, including but not limited to Workshops, VIP, Sponsorship, Souvenir orders or Prize Room Pins / Tickets; nor is the cancelled Registration entitled to any part of the Convention package.

 

ON-SITE REGISTRATION DEADLINES AND ID REQUIREMENTS  All attendees must register in person at the Registration counter before 11:00am PST on August 1, 2024 or the attendee’s Registration will be forfeited and non-refundable. Any forfeited Registration space will be offered to those on the waiting list. Proper photo ID will be required upon Registration. Proper photo ID includes but is not limited to a driver’s license and/or passport. 

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS  Conventioneers must be at least 13 years of age on or prior to July 30, 2024. Please have appropriate proof of age with photo, or another ID which would prove the age of the child. There is an immediate, non-refundable termination of the Conventioneer’s Registration if the age requirement is violated. Children under 13 years of age will only be allowed in the Sales Room on public day.
