DISABILITY-RELATED ACCOMMODATIONS AND/OR MOBILITY ASSISTANCE  If you will be using a wheelchair, mobility scooter or cane or have other mobility assistance needs and did not check it on your Registration form, please email: 2024regchair@gmail.com.

 

VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN MEALS OR FOOD ALLERGIES   If you have not noted on your Registration form that you require a vegetarian or vegan meal or have food allergies, please email: 2024regchair@gmail.com.  We cannot guarantee availability of alternate meals, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Be sure to alert your Table Host of your request.

 

PETS  Pets are not permitted in the Hotel or at any Convention function. The only exception is for service animals required for assistance. 

 

CONVENTION GIFTS  In order to receive Convention package gifts, including but not limited to the Convention doll, attendees must be present at the Convention event at the time Convention Gifts are distributed.

 

CONVENTION LOGOS AND GRAPHICS  All Convention logos and graphics are for the exclusive use of the 2024 National Barbie® Doll Collectors Convention and B Convention a Nonprofit Corporation. They may not be reproduced without written permission from B Convention a Nonprofit Corporation and Mattel.

 

CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES  Taking pictures and recording video is encouraged at the Fashion Show, in the Competition Room, as well as of the stunning Live and Silent Auction one-of-a-kind creations. Please note that photographs, video and audio recording devices are prohibited during the Mattel presentation and during the viewing of any other movies, slide presentations or live entertainment. All other pictures, video or audio recordings of the 2024 Convention are for your personal and private use only and may not be otherwise shown publicly or offered for sale. Your entry into the Convention shall constitute your agreement and acceptance of these terms. 

 

JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP  A special Facebook group has been set up for the 2024 Convention. Join in on the fun and meet people, banter about the upcoming Convention and share the excitement with fellow Conventioneers. This will also be the place to preview Prize Room items, Silent and Live Auction items that will be available at the Convention. You will automatically be sent an invitation to join if you provided your Facebook username on the Registration form. If you did not provide this information, or your username has changed, please email Pamela Miletello at pmiletello@gmail.com. Only registered Conventioneers will have access to the Facebook group.

INTRODUCTION / DRESS THE PART  Before the Convention, make and bring business cards to exchange with fellow Conventioneers, who will fast become your friends. You will meet fun, new people from around the world who share your passion. This Convention is all about taking you back to beautiful Palm Springs circa 1964. Dress up in your favorite 1964 fashions! It’s all about having fun. We will have a theme at each event for you to accent your wardrobe. Dressing to the theme is a fun way to get into the spirit of the Convention.
