It is simply one of the most exciting parts of the entire week.  Dealers, collectors, and artists all come together in a place where you can find a little (or a lot) of everything—from Vintage to today’s releases, unique

creations for dolls and collectors, and much more!

We encourage everyone to consider getting a sales table. Whether you are a long-time dealer, a new One-Of-A-Kind (OOAK) artist, or collector looking to refine your current collection, the 2025 Salesroom presents a unique opportunity to display your merchandise to the largest annual gathering of Barbie® doll collectors in the country. You will get the chance to sell to a broader audience as well via our Saturday Public Day.

Salesroom Terms & Conditions Contract acknowledgment and fee payments are available in the Online Store at BConventions.com starting January 5, 2025, 12:00pm CST.

​

• 6’ X 30” tables are $125 per table (LIMIT OF 6 TABLES PER DEALER).

• You may have one helper per table rented.

• There is a $25 fee for each non-registered helper.

• Last day to cancel Salesroom table purchase and receive a partial refund is March 2, 2025.
