How can you make Convention more fun for you and everyone else? Mix and mingle at our themed events! We have a mixer, a dessert event, and three meal events, each with a different theme—but all revolving around different eras of fashion. Barbie® is a fashion ICON, and you can be, too!

 

Fashionista Meet & Greet—Wednesday Evening

 

Meet fun, new people from around the world who share your passion for Barbie®! While no catered meal is provided at this event, there will be a Cash Bar with alcoholic beverages and assorted soft drinks.

 

DISCO DAZZLE DESSERT PARTY—Wednesday Evening

 

Step into a world of glitter, glam, and funky beats at the ultimate Barbie® Disco Party! Get ready to boogie the night away in a dazzling disco-themed celebration that blends Barbie® doll’s iconic style with retro vibes. Dress to impress in your best retro-chic outfits—think sequins, bell-bottoms, platform shoes, and all the glitz and glam you can find. The atmosphere is electric, with colorful disco balls spinning above and a mix of timeless tunes filling the air. Let’s get groovy!

 

PINK & PRETTY LUNCHEON—Thursday Afternoon

 

A Pink and Pretty Barbie® luncheon is a nostalgic event inspired by Barbie® doll’s signature pink aesthetic. Wear pink as we honor our favorite Icon. Don’t forget to bend your arms and smile.

 

EXTRAVAGANZA! MOD-A-GO-GO DINNER—FRIDAY EVENING

 

Wow, sounds like a glamorous night! “Extravaganza” and “MOD-A-Go-Go” definitely call for a bold and retro theme. Think hot pink, electric blue, and metallic silver. Add patterns like polka dots and checkerboards, or iconic mod flowers. Go with vintage mod, bringing back go-go boots, mini dresses, oversized sunglasses, and bold, geometric accessories. Dress in your favorite attire as we raise funds for our charity, Susie’s Place, with a live auction.

 

THE BARBIE® LOOK DINNER—SATURDAY EVENING

 

Come dressed in your best Barbie® Look as we bring the convention to a close with dinner and presentation of the convention doll.
