VEGETARIAN MEALS

If you have not noted on your Registration form that you require a vegetarian meal, please

email: Dudewithdolls@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee alternate meals, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Be sure to alert your Table Host of your request.

 

PETS

Pets are not permitted at any Convention function. The only exception is for service animals

required for assistance. The Hilton Austin is pet friendly and if you are bringing your pet, you

must inform the hotel that you will be bringing a dog at least 3 days prior to arrival. A one-time fee of $100.00 will be added to your stay. For room cleaning, guests are to contact housekeeping directly via extension “0” to arrange a time between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that the dog must be out of the room at the time of the cleaning.

All Convention logos and graphics are for the exclusive use of the 2026 National Barbie® Doll

Collectors Convention and B Convention, a Nonprofit Corporation. They may not be reproduced without written permission from B Convention, a Nonprofit Corporation and Mattel.

 

JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP

A special Facebook group has been set up for the 2026 Convention. Join in on the fun and meet people, talk about the upcoming Convention and share the excitement with fellow Conventioneers. This will also be the place to preview Prize Room items that will be available at the Convention. Only registered Conventioneers will have access to the Facebook group.You will automatically be sent an invitation to join if you provided your Facebook username on the registration form. If you did not provide this information or your username has changed,

BE IN THE FASHION SHOW

The Fashion Show is always one of the most colorful and memorable events of the Convention,

where Conventioneers showcase a Barbie® or Ken® doll outfit. The show is about a fashion

from any era. Outfits must replicate an actual Mattel Barbie® doll, friend, or family fashion.

No outfits will be duplicated, so we encourage you to complete the form in the Online Store at

https://bconventions.com by March 22, 2026. We hope you consider being a part of the Destination: Runway! Fashion Show.

 

TABLE HOSTING

Each table has one assigned “Host” who is in charge of the table and extends hospitality to all

of the table guests. If you are interested in being a Table Host, submit your name for

consideration beginning January 3, 2026, at the Online Store at https://bconventions.com.

 

TABLE SEATING

You will be sitting at the same assigned table of 10 at each of the three major Convention meal

events. This gives you the opportunity to socialize and get to know your tablemates better.

FINDING A TABLE

If you don’t know anyone who has been selected as a Table Host, don’t worry! Any individual

may choose to receive a table assignment on-site at Registration. In the months before

Convention begins, you may also see some Hosts posting in our Facebook group online about

open seats at their tables. You could also post about looking to meet and sit with collectors

who share your interests.

 

VIP

Skip the lines! VIP status gets you: special identification, special registration line, early entry

for competition viewing, fashion show and all meal events. VIP access goes on sale for $100 in the Online Store on January 17 at noon CST.
