2026 National Barbie® Doll Collectors Convention

We’re hoping we can rely on your support and generosity to fill our Prize Room with a dazzling array of dolls, fashions, accessories, furniture, people-sized Barbie® doll-themed accessories, and items from past Conventions. Anything that a Barbie® doll collector might love!

Items designed and created by members of the community are especially appreciated and are often some of the most popular items. If you’re a doll artist looking for recognition, donate one of your works of art to the Prize Room. We’ll make sure it’s beautifully presented and every conventioneer will see it!
DONATIONS
Prize Room donations can be from individuals, clubs, tables, groups of friends, and businesses. Items should be new; or if you are donating a Vintage item, please consider the item’s condition. We want to make sure to put our best foot forward.

Donations valued at $50 or more will receive a complimentary business card size ad in our Travelin’ in Style with Barbie® Souvenir Journal. To receive this offer, all donation forms must be received prior to March 9, 2026. Please fully fill out the donation form to ensure proper credit is given. We would love for you to include a few digital photos of your donation to be used for Facebook promotions. Whether you are mailing your donation or bringing it with you to convention, please submit your form via email to bconprizeroom@yahoo.com.

Deadline for Souvenir Book free ad (for donations valued at $50 or more) is March 9, 2026. Deadline for donation forms and mailed donations is May 27, 2026.

PRIZE ROOM PINS
Every Registered Conventioneer will receive one free Prize Room Ticket with their registration to participate in the Prize Room. You may also participate by preordering Prize Room Pins. Prize Room Pins will be available for preorder only and may be purchased through March 22, 2026. If you miss this deadline you will be able to purchase a commemorative sticker on-site that will also come with free Prize Room Tickets. Preorder pins include labels with your name and registration number that can be affixed to your free Prize Room Tickets. Please manage your time so that your labels are already affixed to your tickets before entering the Prize Room to drop them into the boxes of your choice.
